ppc through google adwords

I want to generate traffic on cpa offers specially content unlocking and dating verticals .And please suggest me some techniques for sales. And want to make alot of $ . So If anyone is here who can help me out and suggest me some other techniques to promote cpa offers with more cheaper rates than adwords.
