PPC or Rev Share spam

Looking for an affiliate that allows or at least turns a blind eye to advertising through spam emails. I have the means to spam and a list of about 200,000 emails from people that signed up through a Clickworker-like site, so people that are interested in making a bit of extra money. Possibly bitcoin faucets or gambling, maybe other clickworker-like sites. If anyone is interested PM me or reply to this thread. I would need to be able to stay anonymous and be paid with bitcoin.
