What's up guys I'm pretty new to affiliate marketing (been running an AMZ affiliate site for ~2 months) and I was looking to get into pay per call and selling leads. Can anyone point me to a network that I'd have a good chance of being accepted by? I've been looking on OfferVault and I've applied to Aragon, RingLatino, eLocal, and LeadGiant. Thanks in advance.

Most of these won't accept you if you have 0 experience in PPC vertical.
What's PPC vertical? Overlapping niches that I've worked in before?

I was accepted by RingLatino but when I look under their 'Apply to New Campaigns" section there aren't any available for me to apply to? I emailed them about it but haven't yet heard anything back.

I got accepted in Peerfly, Maxbounty, CPA lead with zero experience and no websites or previous success to show for, it's all about social engineering and if you can convince them why they should accept you they will let you in.
But you can also try AdCombo which has nice offers and a nice dashboard and they accept new people, look for the topic from @Anastasia_AdCombo

Thanks for the mention. As for PPC call vertical, unfortunately, we do not work on PPC model. If you are interested in CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS - feel free to check our official thread out here.
As for accepting newbies, I need to mention right away that yes we understand that people with no experience will not be able to provide us with the screenshots of their previous work or their previous Aff Manager's feedback. Though, we need to get sure that the person is highly motivated to work with us and to earn much with us, and have a clear plan of how he is going to perform in AM. So, at least general knowledge of AM is required
