I just give them the money and they use it in PPC like adwords or any other.

If I understand you correctly, you are looking for a service to manage an internet PPC campaign for you? There are lots of websites that provide this service among other internet marketing tasks. You could also find a freelancer in the services section of BHW. Once you find a company or individual you want to interview, I would suggest asking for a portfolio of work that they have compiled. I would also ask if they have experience in advertising for your niche.
