Ppc Gads BH niche suggestions

A newbie here. I would like to get experts' suggestions on my BH niche ppc Gads either not running with the msg - ad occasionally run...... or getting account suspended. It's a single page landing Web page. Raised the budget and switched with bidding strategy still nothing. This one campaign is not working since last one week. Can't use exact KW for the fear of suspension.
What are you suggestions ?
