By cloaking we mean, a method to show Google a compliant site that will pass review, and show users your money site that didnt pass the review or does not obey Adwords TOS
 
I need to advertise our diet pills website with Adwords and FB.

Depends in which country you are running the campaign. Some countries allow Adwords campaigns for gambling related sites, but there are some criteria depending on the country. For instance you need to be a certified Adwords Partner and pass two out of the three Adwords Exams in order to get the certificate.
 
It will be hard to get approve but possible get their customer support they make sure your page is under their terms and conditions and you can approve i have seen casino site ad in adwords
 
Im also very interested in running some PPC traffic to a Casino/Bingo brand. If anyone can help in allowing me to target CAD/AUS traffic with PPC please PMme.

Hi,

Rightly brought out, some countries allow gaming ads but a licence is required which is very costly,
Most of the countries don't allow gaming ads at all and have keyword level ban too, so cloaking is required for the same, in cloaking you show google that you are running some good stuff but finally redirect the person visiting the site to your final LP.

In gaming, keyword level ban is important to be known for anyone wanting to run their ads, a lot of research and study is required along with a good customized cloaker.
