PPC Content Generator

This is my first post here at BHW. I've been in Internet Marketing for 11 years
now and it's my full time job. Since 2009 I've become obsessed with pay per
click arbitrage and lead generation from pay per click.

Recently, I built software that takes a database of city, state, and county and
merges them into Spintex content, creating super targeted landing pages for
any niche. This really helped improve quality scores on Google AdWords to 7,
8, and 9s. The software also creates the AdGroups, Ads, and keywords for
import. Very slick.

The problem is that I can not get large amounts of traffic because Google AdWords
will not run the long tail (location specific) keyword phrases due to "low traffic volume".

So, what I'm looking for now is to use a service or piece of software that takes in
my keyword phrase list (maybe the Spintex article too) and creates medium
quality content that will get quality scores of 7 or higher. It would be nice if
the software/service created the AdGroups, Ads, and keywords for import as well.

Anything like this out there, or am I going to have to build it myself?

How to test the 'score' of the content? I'm working on a tool that does exactly what your saying...

I don't understand any of this.... why would anyone open up sites that are not useful or just "generated" just cause it has certain adwords in them ? I normally look what I open...

there are plagiarism checkers which test your content. also free one advego plagiatus

from what i gather after reading is that your sites are not really useful? as frank says why will anyone do this? and if done why should Google rank it when no one is using them?
