I want to to start a PPC campaign for my graphic and web design service.

Does anyone has any experience about it, will it work for services like logo design,brochure design and website?

You can try AdWords, or ppc cheaper, like Bidvertiser, Chitika, infolink, or popa ds

Go for adwords, That is the best if you want real conversions.
I have run PPC for a webdesign and development company so i can tell you that the ads convert a lot but keep in mind that the CPC is very high as this a super competitive niche.
