PPC-CLOAKING-MANAGEMENT

Hello, I am looking for someone to run ads for me who has tons of experience in cloaking and running ads for TS call centres and offers of the like. I am looking for someone who can help me with full management service, from cloaking to management. The person needs to use his own cloaking methods and custom built tools and should have his own solid accounts to run ads and I would need a VPS to access the ad account.
