PPC Blocked content

Any offers out there that have no problem with this type of method?

Say you land on a page. You see an image, click this the reveal what is behind this image. You click it, a new window opens in a tab, you get to see what you unlocked.

im just setting up this kind of thing. what i have done is set up a simple blog, unique content, updated every so often, get some traffic, rss followers, etc..
so then i wanted a ******* style content locker, but with no CPA, i wanted PPC. just click to view. simple.
after searching for ages, i came across this:

just chnage around the code, and add some PPC code, not adsense, cos that will almost curtainly be banned. they click the ad, content locker dissapears, and your bank balance grows

to lower my CTR, im sending loads of botted fake traffic to it. maybe 0.1% of that will click (of 50k).
