Could some evil bastard use SB to run PPC clicks/charges up on a competitor (for instance) to force them to hit a daily spending limit and knock it out for the day? Rotating proxies etc.

I don't think Scrapebox can click on AdWords ads, so I'd say no. Plus it's a really dirty trick.

I'm not sure if this can be done with Scrapebox but it's doable with iMacros, AutoIt, AutoHotkey or whatever.
