PPC affiliates that give links, not banners

Because I see adult affiliate programs that either pay per lead/sale, or, if they pay per click, then they tend to be similar like AdSense - don't provide the links, but, instead, they require space to place their banners that need to be clicked in order to be paid.


So, any ideas?
