PPC advertising on Baidu

I am currently looking into PPC advertising on Baidu for some of my clients, but I'm having a hard time figuring it out.

Do I need to have a reseller for this, can anyone recommend me someone that knows his/her way around in Chinese Search Engine Marketing?
