The buyer always has the upper hand on PP right?

If I sent someone money for a item, and the item wasnt shipped, i can open up a claim, and PP will always be on my side right?

Not always, but the majority of the time, yes.

You would definitely be covered in that situation though. And if you used a credit card to pay for the Paypal transaction, you also have a 2nd layer of protection via a chargeback if Paypal somehow sides with the seller.

Not always. you must have proof from shipping company, that your item was lost or broken

If they are not going to provide tracking number you will probably get your money back, but make sure to state that your item is tangible and not digital when opening paypal dispute.

Yeah, they even let a buyer return an item the seller broke. It was brand new when shipped. They still sided with the buyer.

You will need to provide all shipping details to PP in order to win dispute case, BTW mostly cases are in favor of buyers......
