PP Personal or PP Premier for EPN payment?

I had decided to use gaypal for epn payments since I ran out of bank accounts. Anyway which one do you recommend? Personal or Premier? Are there any major differences? I know Personal cannot accept CC payments but is EPN payment generated from CC? Don't think so. Also, if I'm not mistaken people selling EPNs here use gaypal personal included in the account.

I used premier pp for receiving payments from EPN.
 
I use business and premier, thought personal was just for "sending" money ?
