PP money transfer

Didn't knew where to post this so move the post if I'm wrong.

I have a fake PayPal account with some money on it. I want to transfer that money to my main account, but when I do, it asks me for my phone number. The problem is, that I need to enter an US phone number, but I'm from Europe. So is there any way to transfer the money without the phone number?

You can buy US phone number on Skype:

Even better. Google Voice will give you an actual US phone number for FREE! It can sometimes be buggy, but in my experience, it's been amazing.

Where does it say it's free? I have yet to see a provider that offers DID for free.

Google voice is free, you just need a forwarding number for verification.
