Yes it is ok as long as you login to these account from different ips and user cps.Try not to send big amounts such as over 200$ and send it as service , you have to bear the fees as if you try to send it as personal they might limit you , paypal dont like to lose their fees lol
List stuff on eCrater and buy it from there with different account.

Is it a good idea to send money from a stealth account to my real account ? given that they are different name and different name and both are verified.Any suggestion pls on how to get that money if it's risky to do that??

But just to be sure, I would set-up a small website, add something for sale and the make a paypal buy-now button. Make the paypal buy-now button with your real paypal account obviously and then purchase the item with your stealth account. This should be one of the securest ways to send money from a stealth account to your real account.
