PP account limitation trigger possibly detected

I was having an idea of using fake German pp to buy some digital stuff. Funds were transferred successfully from real pp account as a service payout. To appear german, I have been using Tor with predefined exit points. After reaching paypal payment confirmation page, Tor got sluggish, and I wasn't sure anymore if the payment had been confirmed. So I (foolishly) opened another browser window and pp login appeared. My username was automatically filled in, from a cookie. What I noticed then, is that the pp login went through another german Tor node, and I immediately got warning from pp that acc has been limited. So, if you try to fool pp by using Tor, be sure that everything goes through one node, or delete cookies.

The best way is to use the same VPN for a Paypal account, that corresponds to the country that you want your PP in

And always delete de cookies for each login.

Also, try using a different browser for each different login

And plus to be more secure, for example if you have a US PayPal account which was registered in the state of New York then you should use a socks or vpn that has a New York IP address because this helps a lot and its better then just any other US state ip.

Personally... I used to have a fake NZL Paypal account, I didn't use any proxies at all.. just accessed it normally from my normal IP (which, of course, is in another country)

I never had problems or limitations (touchwood) and in fact the account is still active... I think that you screwed with it using TOR, and you made PP more suspicions...)

I decided to use netherlands acc, as soon as strongvpn enables an exit point there
