PowerPoint presentation on SEO/Marketing your website

I have been asked to start giving a presentation at local marketing seminars. I need 2/2.5 hours worth of material to present and I have some certian topics and ideas I want to make sure to cover. I need someone who is VERY knowlegeble with SEO, ranking websites (not just blackhat methods). this isn't niche marketing. these websites would be in a highly competitive search term.

I will provide a powerpoint template, and then I need the person to work closely with me to outline the content, and do the powerpoints along with sending me a PDF or .doc file with content to support the slides. I want the slides to have bullet/speaking points, but the real content to be in the pdf/.doc file so I can learn the presentation.
