So, I've got about 250 powerpoint presentations, each one linking to a different post on my blog. They are high quality, all are different (although they have the same theme) with different text, etc. I want to upload them to sites like Authorstream, scribd, etc.

I'm working on creating a brand, so I'm going to create a username that is the same brand as my blog and make it an official account for the blog.

I'm going to upload them all to authorstream because they rank well and I also have had some traffic from it in the past with previous presentation.

When I'm done, is it safe to upload them all to other presentation sites like scribd, slideshare, etc.? or would this be duplicate content and cause some kind of penalty?

Can anybody help with this please?

hi,

yes google does have flash reading technologies. However if you keep the same profile and content on all then there can be only two things right :

1) Google sees them as duplicate content and does not pass any value to your website
2) Google sees it as content syndication and does pass value to your site

If i were you then i would only submit them to one site (just one). After all you are not doing this for traffic and it's better to be safe right?

Cheers.
