PowerPoint issues

I updated my version of PowerPoint to the latest, but after that the program asked for reactivation. I enter the key, but for some reason it does not work. How is this possible if everything worked before?

Where did the key come from?

You can try manual activation where you call them to activate the software. If they don’t give that option they may have blocked the key.

are you use third party selller for license or massgrave ?

So many questions
Define upgrading? Was it within the same version? Example did you upgrade 2019 to 2021? or ...
Did you have a MS sub or Was your powerpoint a standalone version
Was your key illegal or legit?
if it was "legit" where did you buy it from? official source?
