Power like problem. Thoughts?

So I’ve been through everything and finally thought I was on the right track with power likes and dm likes. Post are hitting explore and I’m growing quicker than ever.... but here’s the problem. I’m a US influencer in the fitness niche. Now 80-90% of all the new followers and likes are Indian/Arab/Russian. So it’s ruining my follower base. As I’m a US account this troubles me because i know it’s the only way to truly grow as liking and F/U are just broken now days. Any way to get around this? Other big accounts I know are using it as well, but I check their following and the same thing is happening to them too.

You should do powerlikes + targeted

As samtondon said, targeted follow/u Follow on the basis of location.

Secondly i wanted to know, how do you find such groups? I had a hard time finding one and just got a few active ones.
 
The best way to join those type of groups is through Facebook and the same people in the Facebook groups are part of Instagram.
 
Someone offered me a free power like demo and my pic was boosted to 800 likes in an hour, I’m not sure how many of them were real tho because I didn’t see any follower count.
