One of Facebook help team replied about this error message saying it's a server error. If Facebook removed this feature they would have said that.
Anyone can reply to the question on Facebook help Center and we all follow it up so Facebook team fix it asap.

Any idea how to get a verified page then? I see a lot people are still doing this method with power editor.. So there must be a way to do it
Mate there are plenty of Unverified pages doing it. This verified pages thing is nonsense

Nothing secret, others are using power editor while othets are using the normal link paste and video attaching way.

Can you explain how to do this "using the normal link paste and video attaching way" ?
I meant you paste a link on status box and change it's image preview by uploading a video. But even that doesnt work anymore for some like me
