Potential to Make Bank. Need some guidance.

I have come in to contact with the owner of a small to medium sized used car dealership. They deal with higher end vehicles. I have been asked to write up a quote with various services I can offer, with prices, and how it benefits them etc. I can setup a wordpress site and do social media. Now here is where I need guidance:

1. Plugin/Template that will make it fairly easy to setup the site. I saw one where you input the VIN and it fetches details. Looking for something thats free for this project. I tried to find that one in the member downloads and theres some demand for it but there hasn't been a download link posted.

2. Other services I can offer. Thought of SEO, ORM, Customer Retention using online methods, classified ads management. Any other ideas?

3. Where, and how to outsource things I can't do myself. Specifically SEO. I want to make sure I am making some cash by offering this service otherwise it kills the purpose of providing it.

4. MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION: pricing!! What do I price this at? How do I set it up so I get some recurring income, as well as an upfront amount. How do I make them dependant on my services so they never discontinue services.

Bottom line is this organization is technologically challenged and I want to milk the most (reasonable) amount of money while still providing something useful/meaningful.

Do you live close to them? I would make videos of their sales people test driving the cars and running through the plus points, as and when the cars come in. Pitch it as a personalized version of Top Gear for their current and more importantly potential customers and you will place the videos on Youtube and various social media. Become their social media manager.

Got the job (essentially) Getting started on a site. Need a template. I love that gorilla themes one with the VIN decoder. Can't find a nulled version anywhere and don't have $150 to buy it right away. Can anyone suggest an alternate or teach me how to get a nulled version of the script?
