I saw a flyer posted outside that was a legit study from Colombia University, on relationships, where two partners have to fill out a survey together, and if qualified get interviewed by someone for payment.
I live in New York, so flyers get seen a lot. My buddy advertises his successful business with just the flyers he puts up, so I could post flyers that claim "Colombia University study, register to earn $__ money." Then i'd have the person fill out a survey and make money off that... somehow (thats the question im asking). So how would i go about that?
