I'm not sure if this method has been shared elsewhere or if it's unique, but I just happened to stumble across it a few weeks back.
This is not fully tested, so I can't really vouch too much for it, but I'm sure someone will get some ideas and make some $$ out of it.
The Story:
I'm a college student. Most colleges have Facebook Groups (managed by students). Some of the bigger ones even have a "Buy and Sell" group. I was part of two groups when I did this. The first one was my college, which was a smaller group with 1K+ members and the second one was a neighboring college with about 10K+ members.
I was moving out into a new apartment and I had some junk to sell so I posted it on both groups.
The posts would sound something like this:
Selling this monitor for $40. Bought this for $120 a year ago from Amazon. Link to specs: *insert shortened Amazon link here*
I was genuine about selling those items so I had real pictures of those.
Below were the stats from Amazon for this. Of course this is not much, but I'm sure someone will find a way to scale it up.

FAQ:
Would you get banned for posting links like that on the Facebook group?
I didn't. I guess if you have a pretty legit sounding post, it wouldn't trigger any suspicion for the group admin. Plus the shortened links that came from Amazon itself is pretty sweet and conceals the tracking ID. Oh, and these guys are also college students, probably not even aware there's a thing such as Amazon affiliates.
What if I don't have real items to sell?
I'm sure you have something in your household that you could take a photo of and make a fake for sale post. If someone PM's you about it, just say it's sold.
How about using photos from the internet or from Amazon?
I think people would trust you more if you have your own photo instead of a stock photo from Amazon. Also an image from the internet can be easily reverse looked up.
Oh and also don't expect these guys to actually buy whatever you've listed from Amazon. These are college students and they want the cheapest thing possible, even better if they're used. I think what matters is that you've planted that cookie on their PC.
