Okay, I do very little in adsense and CPA, but I bought these niche EMDs about a year ago, and kinda lucked out because I think they may be pretty valuable (didn't even look at cpc at the time). What I'm asking is what is the potential in them, because I have someone interested in buying them.
The exact searches globally are:
8100
5400
4400
1900

The CPC is $9. I had a little CPA type ad up, making about $80-$100 per month. Each domain is in the top 10 for it's keyword with almost no backlinking(maybe 3-5 links each), so I think I could bring them all, almost to the top with little work. The 8100 one is #2 in google, but only gets about 20 visitors a day for some reason.
Basically what I'm asking, for those with adsense niche experience. What could my potential earnings be? I have someone that wants to buy them all for $3,000. Should I just take it and run? Or is the potential worth me keepign and putting time in? Reason I'm thinking ito take it is because like many here, I jump around way too much, and wouldn't mind taking a nice profit, and cutting back on my already too big to do list.
