Since when are Instagram posts, repeating posts not reels are able to reach the FYP?
Basically i've been seeing it a lot on my fyp they upload a post with two pictures (swipe) & music attached, and it's able to reach the reels FYP.
Any info on how it works or im delulu

Any take on this? Cant find info anywhere.
What's the difference of posting reels and posts when the posts can show on the reel fyp as well
 
I dont quiet understand your question, can you elaborate a little more?
 
I've never seen a regular post on reels, maybe it was an ad?
 
I'm a bit unclear on what you mean but from what I gather, are you sure it's not an ad made to look like a regular posts, that's why it's on the FYP?
 
No it's not an ad guys , it's a literally a video published as a post not a reel and it shows up on Reels FYP
And i'm sure it's a post because there's literally a video + picture when you swipe right, and no its not paid ad because I've saw too many of them.
 
Instagram's now pushing photo posts with music onto the Reels Explore page, so they’re getting more visibility.

this also might be because of the algorithm and relevance of the posts to your current searches or posts you've interacted with.
