Posts not showing up right away?

I've noticed a delay between posting and when my message actually shows up.

I posted a reply in another thread, and then refreshed the page and I don't see my post. I check back a while later (not sure how long exactly) and then I see my post appeared.

Is there some kind of post "approval" process being done to prevent spam?

Now I get it. I was wondering about that when I made a post today and kept refreshing browser. LOL

another odd thing ive noticed going on, sometimes i post something in a thread, and then later when reading the thread, sometimes other peoples post will appear before mine instead of after, even though they've posted their comments after mine because i know they werent there before.

All members post require moderation or just new members posts? I think is a good thing that will prevent new members to spam and make irrelevant posts but in the same time is annoying too and i think after a certain posts number they shouldn't need moderation anymore.

I have the same problem as well, it takes a long time.
