Posts like exchange - What do you think about it ?

So a few weeks ago, Jarvee released the option to do posts like exchange.

1 like given with your personal profile = 1 like received on your facebook page post

Question is : what are your thoughts about it ? I mean, is it the same as Instagram : an engagement killer ? Or is it less risky ?

Personally don't find any of things like this really profitable and healthy for the promotion.
It reminds me the youtrube thing , when you watch the video and get credits for it, then you can spend these credits to promote your videos instead.

But as the instrument to simple gain likes almost for free - that's cool. But i don't see the long way
