Maybe they are using other links or better GSA lists mixed with them.
Gambling is one of the most competitive niches, and strong PBNs are very common (very strong Pbns in general).

Is GSA ser ranker able to create PBN links ? I purchase from some provider, i feel too expensive, 120 PBN link cost almost USD2000
That's not a bad price for over one hundred quality PBN links

$2k for 120 GSA PBN Links?? I personally would never use GSA Links on my money site, only use GSA on tier 2-3 links.
Also with $2k you could find alot of good PBNs on BST here.

Yes PBN backlinks are very important, you might not be using the right choice of keywords, try changing the keywords it will work.
Last time I am keep purchase guest post backlinks, I am not sure what the different between guest post or PBN, guest post backlinks cost it USD15 per link as well. I spend a lot on that.
I am target the important keyword, and those keyword very competitive also. I am thinking the provider also using such GSA software to create backlinks for me, thats why currently I am learning GSA to create it for my own.
