My suggestion is to maintain to a regular submission schedule and avoid sending in bulk submissions.

Adding additional content may encourage search engines to crawl your site more frequently. However, if your existing content is not being indexed, there may be other issues here. I recommend checking your site's technical settings to make sure there are no issues that may prevent search engines from indexing your pages, such as the noindex tag.
In addition, perhaps you should choose another service for indexing, which will be better.

Create about 10 profiles on social shares websites. Send 20-30 links to each of these from profiles on powerful sites and comments on blogs. Use a indexer service (like linkdexing) to index all these profiles and links.
Share every blog post on all 10 of these properties.
Use RankMath and submit each blog post. You can also uses fetch as google from search console.
Create links to your site from frequently updated and powerful sources.
Make good interlinking between posts on the site.
Do not use indexing services for money site.

Yes, even I am very much doubtful about the indexing services and fear it may get my site penalized or shadow banned if I do that excessively. Obvious that by using indexing services you are bulk pushing your pages to Google that is not a natural way and Google may not like it.
My best bet is to go slow, keep submitting to social platforms, build links, interlink the pages and manual submitting pages in GSC - slow but safe.
People may agree with this or not, but this is how I go about it.
