traffic travis does this and a lot more. Someone had a DL for it in the member download section - do a search and you should find it.

There are tools but there are problems with the validity of results of each. So best way is to try different tools described above.

My Favorite right now is SEOCentro. Gives you rankings for google, MSN and Yahoo.
