What time would you recommend I make my first post during the day as well as the second post. In the process of unfollowing everyone right now but ready to make my first post to start the account off help pls

Figure out where the majority of your followers are located and post during peak times for that area. My IG accounts have mostly all North American followers, so every day I have posts scheduled to go at 4PM, 7PM, AND 10PM E/T.

@Icey Dan always gives great advice. It's all about engagement for your demographic. I recall having to ride that wave when I was managing social media for a poker forum. We were constantly changing time/frequency of our scheduled posts, in accordance with the metrics (the engagement reports, etc.), so I looked it up and found this: https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/instagram-best-time-post
