How would you go around posting for a client if standard campaigns don't send the caption through?

Should i change the proxy first?
I tried all the (no hashtags, search banned hashtags, rephrased caption etc ) and those don't work.
Been 24 hours and it's still the same.

Quick solution on how i can post manually but still using a proxy for the client
And what are the things i should go through that i didn't specify about?

If your caption is not sending, then probably you are blocked due to overuse of hashtags / mentions / images tags. You can confirm by trying to send a text only caption with no @ or # symbols

Average time for this to go away?

If it is the # / @ block, a day or two (assuming you don't keep hammering them and causing more blocks
