it depends on quality of the gmail, if you have gmails created in the usa without phone number you get traffic sooner compared to foreign gmails. you can use foreign gmails, just use trending tags and you will get traffic after 6 hours in general. for me a just use proxies to prevent youtube from banning all account at once. if you get 0 views with a new video, change gmails supplier.
for warming up, it depends on your goal, you have a certain limit of views that a short can get, if you keep uploading youtube increase the amount.

from personal experience, not to waste time, I just crop the video and put a different background for each video to make it unique, but the main section is the same, it works. sent you a dm. how much I would say 35% background the remaining is the main video, just experiment until you find the correct ratio, but make sure that you have dealed with other details before so that the result help you to answer the question. the only variable should be the video.
