Posting to Groups & Other Questions

Obviously have been using FB for years personally, but am just getting started with a niche.

I've set up a page that I want to use to drive traffic to my web site. I'm using Mass Planner to find relevant groups & joining them.

When I try to share content to a group (and at the moment, I'm only a member of 2) I notice that both have gone to the admin of the group for approval. Is that normal? The other question, when I'm sharing stuff with the group does it automatically share it as my page, or is it sharing it as the dummy user I set up? I can't quite tell. I've selected my page, as if I were going to post as the page when I share.

Which is better? A page, or just a profile?

I'd like an answer to this aswell.

Its probable that the admin of those groups has activited the approval option for them (this means he has to approve all the post before they are visible)
