Posting to FB groups/pages: What limits do you recommend? (IPs, accounts, daily posts etc)

So I've been manually joining groups/pages and then asking for advice, followed by dropping a link.

Ask for advice > include asking which is the best option from this post (my post) > seems to come across as genuine as mods are publishing them and it's bringing in visitors. I guess I'm not actually pushing a product - I'm instead asking which is the best from a choice (top 10 review for instance)

But my query is about limits.

1. Maximum number of accounts to be logging in and out of on the same IP?
2. Maximum number of posts per account per day to avoid a FB ban?
3. Any suggested ratio of posts with links : posts without links?

- Stick to max 3–5 accounts per IP to stay safe.
- Around 3–5 posts per day per account, spaced out, is usually safe.
- Try a 1:3 ratio (1 post with link, 3 without) to avoid looking spammy.

your strategy is pretty good and stable you can post 3 to 5 posts a day on one account from every three posts you include a link that is a good thing and very feasible to use
 
IP matches your audience group country.
Post peak hours 7:00, 11:00, 19:00
 
Although there is no limit to the maximum number of accounts that can log in and log out on the same IP, it is recommended to only have 3-4 accounts per IP to ensure safety. Regarding articles, make sure that the same number is about 3-5 articles, spaced out. That is my opinion.
 
You can log in multiple accounts on 1 IP but you should use a proxy that rotates IPs so that the accounts look like they are logged in from different proxies.
 
Technically, you can log into multiple Facebook accounts from the same IP address. However, to make the accounts look more natural, as if they were accessed from different locations, you should use an IP rotating proxy.
 
This is what I thought regarding IPs.

Because what about large libraries where lots of people are coming in and checking their Facebook on the library's computers, before logging out and going home - that can be 100s of people logging in from the same Internet access.
 
You should use a maximum of 2–3 Facebook accounts on the same IP to avoid being flagged by Facebook for unusual activity.
Each account should only post 3–5 posts with links per day, alternating times, avoiding spamming the same content.
A safe ratio should be 1 post with links / 2–3 posts without links, helping the account look natural and avoid being restricted

Posts: > 3 posts per day
Frequency: > 5 days / week
