Posting through Jarvee is Causing White Space on Videos

Hey guys, quick question about Jarvee reposting/campaign posting, I use the scrape tool to collect videos that I want to repost, I send them to the Campaign and when the videos get posted on my IG page there is white space on each side of the video basically cutting off part of the videos. It looks really bad.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
