Posting same video with different accounts?

I see one guy posting the same exact video of length 6:19 on different accounts, like 7 of them. They each have different titles and descriptions though. Will they get penalized for having the same images and audio? They are on the first and 2nd page but were just uploaded a day ago, wondering if they will be pushed once google finds out?

Only way for google to find out is if people report the video, apart from that google has already passed it thats why its currently up and hasnt been taken off!

I've had quite a few videos reported for no reason, the weird thing is they were both videos I made with Animoto for U2Bviews / Vagex referral points, so there was nothing wrong with them, they were 100% original and had no warez / ripped off content.
