Posting rules about links

Hello,
I am new around and I tried to share a theme I recently bought but I see that there is a rule about not allowing to post URLs, email addresses and images, "until after I have been a member of BHW for a little longer."

I undestand and I respect that rule but since I don't want to advertise anything but only to share with the community, I was wondering if it's possible to remove that block earlier without donating.
