To hopefully prevent pure spam or users registering and posting useless crap to reach the PM limit why not have a restriction on the amount of posts a new user can make within their first 24-48 hours?
I believe that this can be done as I am sure I have seen it before and I've seen plugins that claim to do this. It may prevent this:
In about 15 minutes this user had posted all this crap.
I don't think 24-48 hours is too restrictive for anyone who genuinely wants to contribute to the forum and lifting of the restrictions could be offered to people who wish to donate.
Thoughts??
