posting problem - too fast?

I have 5 accounts. Each account has a separate browser. I use them simultaneously for normal use. I use each one with a different ip address to add posts. I have been adding posts to groups for a week, there were no problems. It's about 10 posts in a few minutes. Yesterday I increased the posts to 15-20. On one end I got the message "we limit how often you can post, comment or do other things in a given amount of time in order to help protect the community from spam. You can try again later", on the other each time a captcha pops up , and the third has been blocked even without selfie verification. The other two work well. What am I doing wrong? Too quick to add?

yes, 10 posts in few minutes is too much these days. You need to lessen your posts frequency.
