Posting pictures? ._.

Why can't I?
Why can't I post pictures, without them having to be attachments?
Is their a certain number of posts I need to have? Because when I saw the error message, saying I need to be here long enough, I've been here since 2011... ._. And I dont have any money to upgrade.

The reason I have so little posts, is because I've been mostly reading things on the forum. Till I came across one section. Now, I'm starting to be active. That, and I havent visited the site for a LONG time.
