Hey everyone
I'm preparing to start a instagram account similar to ones like @squatspo or @squatsguide and I want to get a guideline of what I can and cannot do.
The images will be taken for various photo sharing sites like reddit and a few others.
Thing's we WON'T be doing: Altering the image in any way(text/brand logo on the image) other then possibly cropping we won't be touching the image
Claiming ownership or sponsorship from the image
Things we want to do: 99% of the images will just the image and a short caption, the only marketing we would want to do is put our website link in the caption below some of the images.
We don't want to make money from the images just drive traffic from instagram elsewhere.
There are plenty instagram accounts that are doing the same we just want to know the boundaries and basic rights laws.
