I'm having trouble posting on kijiji since my account was reported. Express Vpn doesn't seem to work. I hired an assistant on fiverr who uses prontonmail and ultimate tech a VPS to post for me. I would like to learn how to.

For some reason I can't figure out it works! Could someone please explain to me who I can use A VPS or something like go login to post my ads?

I can maybe spend $25 a month total

Ok will do! How many proxies do I need?
I'm also based out of Canada so do I need to change my IP address?
 
Yeah, I second the use of 4G proxies and cache clearing per instance. As an additional precaution, you can also check the IP's health before using it just to be sure. If the IP's health quality isn't to your liking, you can rotate, check quality, use. Rinse, repeat.

Kijiji tells me I'm banned due to not having a RMT license and posting for massage
 
Odd, some ads on Kijiji gets posted even without RMT mentioned. Doublecheck your content and make sure it complies with Kijiji's policies. As far as I'm aware, the fastest way to get banned there is violating the policies so it might be worth looking into that.

Regularly posting ads on classified websites is a tedious work, and you can only accomplish it by spending at least $200-$500 monthly. The cheapest option available is hiring a virtual assistant or classified ad manager to do it daily on your behalf. Search for "Kijiji ad posting service" on Google, and you can easily find some affordable websites. They provide these services below the actual cost, if you want to do it yourself.
