Posting on 100+ Fb groups

Hi folks, anyone knows if you can post on multiple groups you are not Admin of with tools like Hootsuite or Jarvee or others? I can't figure out. Seems like you can post only on groups you are admin of.

Anyone know how to do that?

With Hootsuite you can post to groups only if you are admin. With jarvee you can post to any group you are a member of.
