Posting multiple times a day is good or bad

Try it. Find yourself. What is wrong in trying. Your account will remain safe...


Suppose if there is no internet in any part of the world, you have to find a way which is good and which is not... you dont have internet.. then you will try everything to see what works and what not

In my opinion, posting 1–2 pieces of content per day is reasonable. Posting too much content in a single day can easily get your account flagged, and if the content lacks quality, there’s not much benefit to posting it anyway.

You can combine posting 2-3 times per day with high quality content. And that is the best thing to do. So the right answer is doing both simultaneously.
 
I’d test 1–2 Reels a day rather than assuming one is always better. Posting more gives you more chances to hit, but don’t sacrifice quality. With only 35 posts, 2 viral ones is actually a decent signal you’re still figuring out what format/hooks work.

Having to post more do not always guarantee reach. posting 1 to 2 gd reels with enough interval will be preferred to posting any thing daily because we can learn from which kind the audience prefers to pause their scrolling.
 
Yes its true that quality is more important than quantity so you should focus on quality of content. The next thing is posting 2 to 3 times in a day is not a bad idea if you never compromise on quality. If you post one quality video everyday then you have 30 opportunities to went viral because may be 2 or 3 from these 30 went viral and the other reels are data for you, and if you can manage and post a 2 or 3 reels daily with the same quality then you have 60 or 90 opportunities to went viral. So its all upon you that how can you manage you work load and how much reels you can post per day without losing their quality.
 
having two viral posts in an account that is just one month is a huge deal. sometimes you have to wait months to get that kind of traction, you're putting too much pressure on yourself already. keep doing 2-3 posts per day
 
In my humble opinion:
I dont think posting 2-3 times a day is gonna hurt.

But 1 time a day is very sufficient for most.
 
The most important thing is to post reels consistently
I prioritized quality over quantity and uploaded no more than two reels a day
Get 2 viral post from 35 - very good result

Yeah but people say that if we post more than 1 reel per day we are splitting our own audiance.. is that really true ?

Quality over quantity,
and retention and hooks are the key to go your clip viral
if the hook is successful the retention will automatically follow

Quality is matter not quantity you have to post only relatives post which will have a positive review for you.
 
Quality + consistency is better than quantity. For a new page, 2 viral posts out of 35 is a good start—keep testing different hooks and formats.
 
Instagram doesn’t simply split your reach evenly between everything you post that day. Reels, in particular, can each be recommended to different groups of non-followers. So in theory, posting more gives you more opportunities to test what works.

Focus on those two viral Reels and use them as a reference for your future content.
 
I would go for quantity, quality, some diversification, and consistency, which is like, I understand, basically ALL of it.

Not long ago a friend of mine made a viral video on TikTok that got millions of views out of the blue. Imagine how would your channel convert if you have good an abundant content when that happens versus having little content or only one kind of it.

Like @Ubeit says, one new piece of content won't obscure the others. All can work in your favor at the same time.
