Posting Links On Twitter

Is there any precautions I can take to prevent my domain from getting banned. I've read a few people here redirect from another domain ie: ".tk" to avoid suspension? I have spent alot of time building up my site and I want to build a brand around it. Any advice would be appreciated.

can i retweet blog title to one of links across all accounts. what limitations do i face? do i have to bitly link every time or do i have to change the wording of the post before bitly? please advise someone....
