Posting links on FB - No Captcha?

Im trying to post links using FFAP, however their captcha support isnt working currently and i doubt it will be fixed any time soon (its taken 2 weeks so far and still nothing). I was just wondering if anyone has a technique to posting a link and not having to fill in a captcha code too? like using a short url service which FB doesnt block etc.

Don't post too much in a single hour, post things all the day, by adding gaps!
